Love2Connect Foundation (L2CF) is committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment for all our staff, volunteers, and artists. This policy outlines our commitment to workplace health and safety and the responsibilities of both the organization and its members.
Our Commitment:
We will strive to identify and eliminate potential workplace hazards.
We will provide ongoing education and training on workplace health and safety practices.
We will maintain a safe and healthy work environment that complies with all relevant Pakistani workplace health and safety regulations.
We will encourage open communication and reporting of any safety concerns.
We will provide access to necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) for specific tasks.
Employee and Volunteer Responsibilities:
All staff, volunteers, and artists are responsible for working safely and following all established safety procedures.
They must actively participate in workplace health and safety training.
They are obligated to report any unsafe work practices, hazards, or accidents to their supervisor or designated personnel immediately.
Employees and volunteers must use provided PPE appropriately when required by the task.
They should communicate any health concerns that may impact their ability to work safely.
Specific Considerations for Artists:
L2CF understands that creating music can involve emotional vulnerability. We will provide resources and support for artists who may be addressing mental health struggles during the creative process.
Artists will have the right to opt-out of sharing any aspect of their story that they are not comfortable disclosing publicly.
We will ensure all recording studios and performance spaces used by L2CF adhere to safety regulations.
Accident and Injury Reporting:
All accidents and injuries, no matter how minor, must be reported to a supervisor or designated personnel immediately. L2CF will follow established procedures for investigating and reporting accidents as required by law.
Review and Updates:
This policy will be reviewed and updated periodically to reflect any changes in legislation or best practices. We will keep all staff, volunteers, and artists informed of any updates.
